KRAM ATI DRIVER

It worked OK, until the machine went to sleep and then only a power cycle would restore it. Mine works great with 32 bit, but I really want to move to 64 when I install the retail OS. I did buy a hauppauge hvr but it bsods whenever it tries to tune a channel. I've included a screenshot of them for you. Should I have used other drivers to get this card to work? It didn't either, so out of frustration I went back to the earliest restore point available that day. Regardless of this though, I still got a XT.

Looks pretty good to me I did buy a hauppauge hvr but it bsods whenever it tries to tune a channel. All in all, this is what Vista should have been. It worked fine in 32 bit, but my motherboard decided to flake out was running Athlon x, 2gb ram and I built a new ai II x4 BE 3.

I'm not sure if kran is worth the effort to upgrade it on either my Vista Laptop or my other Vista desktop.

ATI HDTV wonder in MCE 2005

Lotsa people use Matrox. After several days of trials and errors, it seems that I can get the HDTV wonder to kraam under both OSes, but sometimes something will get setup in the card and nothing but removal of power will make the tuner work when I switch between XP and Win 7.

Was yours a clean install or an upgrade install? Remove Advertisements Sponsored Links. You can also just go to device manager and do a "driver update" on the devices shown as unknown that represent your HDTV Wonder. If this doesn't work, I do have a free upgrade to win7 ultimate that I plan to install eventually but I want to get everything running in Vista first in case I decide to use the win7 upgrade on a different computer - and I'm worried the same problem will show itself in win7.

It took me a full day just to get it working in XP MCE atu the invarably 'tv unable to start bullcrap'. For your PC silencing needs The Media Center is very nice and had no problem scanning for channels.

Not sure if I have all my facts straight At one point, there were only 3 drivers of the 5 that were present under Win 7. Do you already have an account?
